Made with Kostone SMC — a reinforced composite that is strong, water-resistant, and built for long-term use, these wall panels provide a durable surface solution for shower walls, bathtub surrounds, remodel projects, multifamily housing, hospitality bathrooms, manufactured housing, and dealer distribution.
Each Marble Series panel is finished with a decorative fabric layer, creating a highly realistic stone texture with natural visual depth. This surface structure helps deliver a more authentic marble appearance while improving wear resistance and long-term surface durability.

What is Kostone SMC?
All Kostone products are crafted fromSMC (Sheet Molding Compound) composite. Stronger and more durable than traditional acrylic, with excellent water resistance to ensure long-term performance in wet areas.
How thick are the panels?
The panels are5 mm thick, but we also offer options of3 mm and 4 mm. Lightweight for easy handling and installation, yet thick enough to provide strength, stability, and a solid feel.
What is decorative fabric layer?
The Marble Series surface is created with a decorative fabric layer that gives the panel a more realistic marble appearance. This layer adds visual depth, natural stone-like texture, and durable surface performance, making the panel suitable for long-term use in residential and commercial bathroom projects.
Are wall panels easy to cut?
Yes. Kostone SMC wall panels are designed for practical jobsite installation and can be trimmed or cut as needed to accommodate field conditions. Installers can adjust the panels for shower layouts, plumbing penetrations, window openings, and other project requirements.
How should the wall panels be properly installed?
Kostone SMC wall panels are typically installed using a combination of double-sided tape and structural adhesive.
During installation, double-sided tape is applied in several key vertical areas, commonly on the left, center, and right sections of the wall panel. Structural adhesive is then applied to the remaining bonding areas before the panel is positioned onto the prepared wall surface.
The double-sided tape helps hold the panel in place immediately after positioning, giving the structural adhesive enough time to cure and form a strong long-term bond. For best results, the wall surface should be clean, flat, dry, and properly prepared before installation.
Cut edges, outside corners, and transitions can be finished with aluminum trims or approved finishing profiles for a cleaner and more professional appearance.
