Return Policy Applicable to all orders shipped from our Carrollton, TX warehouse
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility Requirements Items must be unworn/unused, in original packaging, and include tags and proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return Contact us at info@kostoneus.com to request a return. Once approved, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Large Orders
Large orders are subject to the following conditions:
- A 30% restocking fee applies to all returns
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- Contact us before initiating a return to confirm whether your order qualifies as a large order
Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care goods (beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return it using the standard return process. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Orders shipped to the EU may be cancelled or returned within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, no justification required. Standard condition requirements apply — items must be unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that additional processing time may vary by bank or card issuer.
